lemco précision sa, based in vionnaz and monthey, specialises in the manufacture of made-to-measure electrical contacts. with over 50 years’ experience, it designs and produces components for demanding sectors such as aeronautics, aerospace, defence, telecommunications and medical.

since it was founded in 1965, lemco précision has established itself as a major player in the turning of male and female contacts. the company masters the production of complex parts, including miniature contacts. with a fleet of 500 high-precision machines, it manufactures more than 600 million parts a year, with the aim of zero defects.

lemco précision has two production sites in switzerland, with a total surface area of 8,800 m². the company is organised into specialist workshops: bar turning, bending, gilding, assembly, mechanics and tooling, washing, heat treatment and sandblasting. this vertical integration means it can control the entire manufacturing process, from design to delivery, including rigorous quality control.

innovation and customisation
