Webinar 2nd Call: Imaging Biomarkers in Oncology

What?

A webinar (or net meeting) is an interactive presentation on the internet with a simultaneous teleconference over the phone. During the webinar, you can type your questions in the chat box at the bottom right corner of the web screen.

This 1 hour webinar focuses on the topic Imaging Biomarkers in Oncology of IMI's 2nd Call for proposals. The Call is open until 8 February 2010.

John Waterton (EFPIA coordinator) will give the same presentation on Imaging Biomarkers as he did in the Oncology workshop at the IMI Open Information Day of 17 November 2009 in Brussels.
David Henderson (EFPIA coordinator) will answer questions on the two other Oncology topics of IMI's 2nd Call, 'Target Validation' and 'Molecular Biomarkers'.

The webinar will focus on the scientific aspects of the Oncology Call topics mentioned above. If you have questions about submission procedures, financial rules etc., please send them by email to INFODESK AT imi.europa.eu ; they will be handled by email.

The webinar is hosted by the Innovative Medicines Initiative, in cooperation with the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA).

For Whom?

The webinar is primarily aimed at people who consider participating in the project 'Imaging Biomarkers in Oncology' of the 2009 IMI Call for proposals.

Please only join the webinar if you are specifically interested in that topic (or another Oncology topic). Too much unnecessary participation may impede access for the actual target group.

• Target Validation and Molecular Biomarkers, Answers to the questions from the chat box, by David Henderson
• Conclusion

The duration of the webinar is strictly limited to 1 hour.

Dialling-in takes some time, so please start connecting 10 minutes in advance.
